My name is Stephanie Salvatore and I am currently in my third year as Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) student at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. I have been actively involved with my local branch RAPS since I first started university. Initially I began my journey as year a level representative, the year proceeding this I held the position as Vice President and now I am currently the President of RAPS.
I have a very strong passion about pharmacy and it is an honour to have the opportunity to advocate for pharmacy students on a national scale. NAPSA works hard in their role to ensure the future is prosperous for our fellow students and I will strive and continue this legacy as an executive director. During my term as an Executive Director on the NAPSA Board, my goal is to create access for students to online educational resources. These online learning platforms will further each student in their knowledge and skill set, ensuring they are well equipped to excel throughout studies and careers.
I am also focused on strengthening NAPSA’s relations on an international scale with the International Pharmacy Students’ Federation (IPSF). NAPSA’s connection with IPSF provides unparalleled opportunities for students to participate in exchange, represent NAPSA internationally and learn about the profession in differing parts of the world. I look forward to sharing with NAPSA Members the inspiring work IPSF achieve in advocating passionately for pharmacy students all around the world.
